1. NATURE OF DATA COLLECTED
a. Personal Information: We collect personal information voluntarily
submitted or wherein consent is tendered at the time for availing
services in order to procure the data for the specific purpose as
mentioned in the terms of services or relating with the terms of the
service. The personal information procured for the purpose of the
services includes name, phone number, email address, registered
residential address or office address, designation, organization and
entity incorporation details, date of birth, nature of the business or
employment, and other general information’s as shall be required for
profiling.
b. Sensitive information includes financial information’s or documents
of the concerned user, which includes customer and any other related
information subject applicable or applied to the subject in accordance
with the law, any financial or legal documents or agreements executed
and registered under the law, documents filed or submitted with the
concerned government departments or authorities under the provisions of
Indian Law, Aadhar and Pan Card details, Institutional credentials from
the professional individuals such professional enrollment number or
registration number with the regulatory bodies as or any other cards
bank information’s or data provided by the financial institution,
government institutions or government authorities or any other residuary
data submitted by the User to us which is essentially confidential ,
distinguished and privileged in its nature
c. Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment
if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number
such as debit card or credit card number. h. Ig. In the event, payment
is credited through third party payment aggregator or UPI aggregators,
the privacy policy of such third-party aggregator shall be harmoniously
applicable to the extent consistent with put privacy policy and
confining to the payment process mechanism and transmission of financial
data, if any third party are involved in the payment linkage.
d. Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track
location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously
or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain
location-based services. If you wish to change our access or

information, device and application identification numbers, browser type
and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile

information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time
stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and

protection applications and third-party service agents to enable strict

be acting as data fiduciary in accordance with the Digital Data
Protection Act, 2023

that work. The nature of the data, period of data retentions, data
transfer restrictions, data retention period and specific purpose or
usage of data shall be regulated by the different data protection and
regulation agreements. We have contracts in place with our third

They will also not share your personal information with any organization
apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our
behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.

API). We obtain and store on your device ("cache") your location. You
may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details
provided at the end of this document.
c. Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in
which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy
notice. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries,
joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are
under common control with us.
d. Business Partners. We may share your information with our business
partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
e. Offer Wall. Our application(s) may display a third-party hosted
"offer wall." Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer
virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the
acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall
may appear in our application(s) and be displayed to you based on
certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information.
When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external
website belonging to other people and will leave our application(s). A
unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer
wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account
with the relevant reward.
4. COKKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES UTILISATION
a. We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and
store your information.
b. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web
beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our
Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the
security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs,
save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
c. We also permit third parties and service providers to use online
tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising,
including to help manage and display advertisements, to tailor
advertisements to your interests, or to send abandoned shopping cart
reminders (depending on your communication preferences). Third parties
and service providers use their technology to provide advertising about
products and services tailored to your interests which may appear either
on our Services or on other websites.

Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. The Google
Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Google Analytics

5. DATA RETENTION
a. Post registration for availing the services, we shall be storing data,
records, documents and information’s for minimum period of 5 (five)
years from the date of termination of the service or revocation of the
services, as per the terms of the Agreement. The data retention period
shall be a minimum of 5 years subject to the data deletion request
submitted by the subject user.
b. In the event, we receive any data deletion request, we shall delete
the data which was provided by the subject user during availing the
services, and which are privileged and special in nature, however, the
documents manufactured and created by us shall not be deleted and shall
be retained for the period of minimum 5 Years. We will only keep your
personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set
out in this policy , unless a longer retention period is required or
permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal
requirements).
c. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your
personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such
information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your
personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will
securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further
processing until deletion is possible.
6. DATA PROTECTION.
a. We aim to protect your personal information through a system of
organizational and technical security measures
b. We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and
organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any
personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and
efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the
Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100%
secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals,
or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our
security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your
information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal
information, transmission of personal information to and from our
Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within
a secure environment.
7. DATA COLLECTION FROM MINORS a. We do not knowingly collect data from
or market to children under 18 years of age.
b. We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children
under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal
information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least
18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to
such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal
information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we
will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly

8. DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS
a. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time,
depending on your country, province, or state of residence. Some notable
and fundamental data privacy rights under the provisions of Digital Data
Protection Act, 202, applicable within territory of India are
follows:
(i) Right to information: The User /data subject shall have the right to
information to ascertain the manner and mode of data processed, nature
of data obtained and retained, data retention period, purpose of the
data retained for, and data transmissions effected and data fiduciary
who accessed the data.
(ii) Right to withdraw consent- The data subject shall have the right to
withdraw the consent granted for the data privacy provided the right to
withdraw shall not affect or absolve the data subject form the surviving
liability as shall be required to be performed under the terms and
conditions of the service and law in force.
(iii) Right to correction and erasure: The data subject shall have the
right to correct the data and may exercise its right to erase or delete
the data which are provided by the data subject to the data
fiduciary
(iv) Right to grievance redressal: In the event any dispute arises in
terms of data privacy, the data subject or user shall email or write a
letter to the data fiduciary seeking redressal of the data dispute. We
shall be undertaking all the necessary steps in order to ensure that the
data grievances are redressed in a timely manner.
(v) Right to nominate: The data subject shall have right to nominate any
other individuals to exercise the rights in the event of death or
incapacity of the data subjects.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
a. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
10. UPDATES TO DATA PRIVACY POLICY
a. We will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with
relevant laws.
b. We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated
version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of
this privacy notice. If we make material changes to this privacy notice,
we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes
or by directly sending you a notification.
c. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be
informed of how we are protecting your information.
11. MISCALLENOUS
a. The data privacy norms shall be in addition to the provisions of the
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
b. We or Data Fiduciary shall have the discretionary power to ensure
data security, accuracy, prompt breach notifications, and data erasure
upon consent withdrawal and to under the prompt corrective measures in
the event any uncontrolled or unauthorized third-party interference or
attack on data privacy system, to ensure data protection measures to
ensure privacy of the data
c. We shall be appointing a data protection officer in order to receive
and redress the data breach complaints in a timely manner provided the
complaint specifies the nature of grievances and cause of the same.
d. We shall be at liberty to amend the privacy law in order to comply
with the law and disclose the data pursuant to the judicial order and
government orders, if concerning the data we hold, which shall be
mandatory to disclose as a matter of compliance.
e. We shall undertake all the corrective measures in order to ensure
that necessary steps are undertaken to comply with the law of the land.
